Leading companies and research facilities, which have already committed themselves to the main phase, will be part of the ARENA2036 Research Factory at the University of Stuttgart. The subject addressed is future-oriented and complex and has the aim of supporting the sustainable mobility and production of the future. With its research strategy, ARENA2036 focuses on multifunctional composites, especially on the integration of additional functions and on versatile automotive production. In the long term, this should bring about a paradigm shift in the automotive production of the future as well as in other industries.
