This paper presents a live data visualization framework leveraging the Industrial Metaverse to render invisible data flows in networked production environments accessible and interpretable. The proposed approach utilizes the Open Platform Communications Unified Architecture (OPC UA) and the Asset Administration Shell (AAS) as standardized data sources, integrating the Digital Product Passport (DPP) to enable structured aggregation and visualization of lifecycle data. Implemented within a Unity 3D-based environment, the framework employs interactive visual elements, such as dynamic signal flows and contextualized color schemes, to provide an intuitive representation of manufacturing processes. Furthermore, an automated process visualization reconstructs production activities, enhancing traceability and enabling in-depth process analysis. @inproceedings{11366338, abstract = {Although the Asset Administration Shell (AAS) standard provides a structured and machine-readable representation of industrial assets, their semantic comparability remains a major challenge, particularly when different vocabularies and modeling practices are used. Engineering would benefit from retrieving existing AAS models that are similar to the target in order to reuse submodels, parameters, and metadata. In practice, however, heterogeneous vocabularies and divergent modeling conventions hinder automated, content-level comparison across AAS. This paper proposes a hybrid graph matching approach to enable semantics-aware comparison of Digital Twin representations. The method combines rule-based pre-filtering using SPARQL with embedding-based similarity calculation leveraging RDF2vec to capture both structural and semantic relationships between AAS models. This study introduces a structured framework for representing ecological factors at the product level, aligning sustainability goals with economic success through indicators derived from EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) obligations, legal provisions, and certification criteria---including metrics related to the circular economy. To operationalize these indicators, Asset Administration Shell (AAS)-based models are proposed for both ``Cradle to Gate'' and ``Gate to Gate'' life cycle phases, effectively enabling a Digital Product Passport (DPP) and seamless Industry 4.0 integration. This research presents a method to establish trust in industrial supply chains using decentralized approaches that, unlike conventional approaches, do not rely on central authorities or service providers. The two key components are the implementation of decentralized identities for machines to enable automated identity and access management, and a blockchain-based smart contract to verify traceability across supply chains. The approach is implemented in a production network consisting of multiple machines to evaluate its feasibility in the context of collaborative, service-oriented manufacturing ecosystems. However, the lack of IT/OT expertise in many organizations complicates the integration of heterogeneous data across multiple formats and structures. This paper presents an intelligent application that automates the semantic matching of data from OPC UA servers and operational manuals in PDF to IDTA-compliant Asset Administration Shells, leveraging AI technologies, including embeddings and Large Language Models. Digital Product Passports are also being developed and will become mandatory, such as for batteries in the European Union by 2027. Although this may initially require additional work, it can lead to synergies from the information obtained. By using {\$}{\$}{\backslash}mathrm {\{}CO{\_}2{\textasciitilde}{\}}{\$}{\$}CO2values, e.g., from a Digital Product Passport of components, you can optimize the {\$}{\$}{\backslash}mathrm {\{}CO{\_}2{\textasciitilde}{\}}{\$}{\$}CO2content of the end product to achieve a specific target and improve competitiveness. This can be achieved by adapting processes, such as choosing between high or low dynamics to influence overall energy consumption. A framework is necessary to extract specific information from DPP and make decisions for adaptation. This paper presents a framework architecture based on OPC UA and the AAS, accompanied by an illustrative example of a battery-packing handling process.
